My wife has never actually managed to get into the spa, although admittedly most of the time we've been on an early evening departure to JFK which (apparently?) is one of the the worst times to attempt to book a treatment. We're actually going to be in the CCR tomorrow AM for the MIA flight, so hopefully she'll get a chance to finally visit the spa while I enjoy a full English! Win win in my book.
