The food (and bubbly!) you can have any time, but the spa treatment is luck of the draw in terms of availability. The treatments are nice to get into a relaxed mood before the flight with.
Quite decent (if a bit bog-standard in terms of the choices and the items) brekkie actually. No one will bat an eye either if you have more fizz than buck - enjoy!
