I've always wondered about those hot breakfast meals that serve on a lot of the UK doemstic flights. Everytime i take the BA shuttle from LHR to GLA. the plane is all coach, but they serve a hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, tomatoes, etc. Sometimes the food is great sometime, not - but it just seems so like such a wonderful effort to serve that on an 1 1/2 hr flight.
I've also flown on flights with British Midland and another ( AIR UK ?), food not as good, but still a full hot breakfast. Just curious, I usually take a roundtrip from London to Scotland once or twice a year, and I'm still surprised witht at hot breakfast
