Try to get early to the airport to make an elemis spa appointment + a reservation for a cabana. The cabana reservation should not be possible before 8 a.m. (at the quintessentially desk). Sometimes the very kind quintessentially lady even can help you get an appointment that fits your needs best (elemis is almost alway quite crowded).
