I've told her to clear her AMEX as I intend to enjoy it with a nice Barolo or Brunello. Or both.
Any insight to this establishment or any others I should consider in my quest for the best Bistecca alla Fiorentina would be appreciated!

I go to Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco for my fiorentina but I am sure someone local will be able to suggest who has the best meat on the slab nowadays
A suggestion: don't ask for a Barolo to pour over it. Barolo is from Piedmont and you will be in Tuscany, go local with the wine, you certainly have plenty of top notch Tuscan reds
