Optimax made a mess of my eye (only had one done initially) back in 1996. After much argument with Russell Ambrose of Optimax I was referred to Julian Stevens. Mr Stevens did his level best to resolve the mess Optimax made.

I would advise everyone to think very carefully about surgery. As you get older issues related to long sight begin. Today I have one eye operated-on and one not. The resolution of vision from the operated eye is never as good and you may induce early long sight in an operated eye.

The very long term implications are simply unknown........
