hotels like this are just buying into the hilton reservation system and rarely are prepared to step up to the plate with the necessary dollars required for renovations and training. they tend to change affiliation every couple of years or so, sometimes because the management company will inspect the property and find it in non-compliance with their contract. then they become holiday inns.
