Take a jet boat over to the Gilis for a couple pf days. I've spent three days on Gili Trawangan (aka Gili T) and want to go back for a full week to dive. There are three inhabited tourist Gilis off Lombok and all have their own flair - Gili T is lively and young - we danced to reggae on the beach at night, lounged with backpackers at sunset, and napped on the beach in the mornings before heading out on the boats). The other two have different reps - one is quiet/romantic and one is more family/sporty.

That's what I will do the next time I have more than a week in Bali!
