All ur US flights end up on T3 as you are on the B7773ER or 7772LR & most of the time no CARGO except diplomatic BS on these trans-atl Flights so for you indeed there is no easy way out.

You have to exit like everyone else & play the game.

Lounge's crop up accordingly.

BTW if u want to smoke and want to be in peace then as off what I have heard the J Class Lounge near gate 122 in the older Terminal would make much much more sense for you but then this does depend upon your departing flight gate.

Otherwise unpaid smoking options in DXB r a pain the bu%$.
