I'm looking to cash some BofA Worldpoints in for a Southwest flight. Fortunately, their online booking engine includes Southwest flights right along with the legacies. I've heard before that while Southwest flights are only bookable by consumers directly through Southwest, that some business booking engines included them. This must be an instance of that.

My question is whether I could change/cancel this flight through Southwest either online or over the phone or whether they will require that I speak with the agency that originally issued the ticket?

As a frequent Southwest traveler, I'm fully aware that I can cancel or change a ticket online if I book the ticket online through Southwest, but I have no idea if this is possible with tickets not booked directly with Southwest.

Any firsthand experiences with this?
