I like the Towers Executive Floor too Doc. They told me I could NOT go to the Towers at my last stay (even though I'm GOLD) because my company booked me at a drastically discount rate.

But I would give the Towers service three and a half paws up!! (sometimes in the morning I have to wait for an agent!)

In my profile, in CAPITAL LETTERS are three requests:

*KING BED (I tend to roll in my sleep and could sleepwalk.)
*NON SMOKING
*LATE CHECKOUT (For those times I get in very late.)

I took the release for their new and "improved" Hilton NYC HOtel and Towers. I'll see how "improved" when they are done.
