I stayed there on the Towers Executive Floor several years ago. Thankfully, they had a separate checkin upstairs as you probably know. The rooms were small and as I recall, I could not get a king size bed. It struck me that they must largely cater to the convention crowd! Overall though, for kind of a zoo, it wasn't bad at all. The food and service was okay and of course the location is excellent.
