I'm really sorry if this is a thread hijack, but it's significantly related to the OP's question so I think it's a fair tag along.

Do you guys have one single, easy to use source that helps you construct these segments to and from a particular location on *A? The lengthy thread on booking on *A gives some advice on this but is much more focused on the ins and outs of trying to get the awards.

Suppose, like OP, I have to get to a city in Europe from the US, and I'd like to fly all *A to credit miles to my *A program. How do I go about constructing the all *A segments that will get me from point A to point B. Do you all just know from experience, for example, where each *A hub is and the US gateways to those cities? (Like knowing, in this thread, that PHL is the way to get to BRU direct?) Or do you go to each airline's web site? Or is there an easy to to use tool or map?
