many of us (myself included) organize regularly DOs allover the planet. But sometimes at the DO we hear people say: "I didn't like that ... oh could we do that ... oh I really loved ..." but at the DO - it's too late.

In the past, we had huge events with sponsors, small gatherings with only three or four attendees ... some want prepayment, have dedicated websites, arrange name tags, and have even special deals with hotels. we had pricey gourmet dinners and met at places like In-n-out. and not to forget about the attendees itself: the FT-MP-VFT-... DOs

so I wondered ... what's the "perfect" DO? just post your wish list here - for locations, for events, size ... it helps us DO organizers to get the feeling and it maybe makes the next DO even more special
