Reading all this it seem that as far as entering at LHR:

If you are a UK /EU citizen travelling with a non-EU spouse without residency / leave to remain you should probably use the 'All other passports' lines

If your non-EU spouse already has residency / indefinite leave to remain then it seems reasonable to me that you could probably both use the EU/EEA lines
