Nothing ,zilch, nada side effects. Have 2 sisters who had them done.... 22 years ago, yes 22. When the method just came out. Dr Arden in Los Angeles went to Russia and studied the method and came back with it, my sisters where one of the early patients. No side effects what so ever. And mind you at that time it wasn't laser, that was used.
Now of course they need reading glasses just like you would because of age, not the surgery.
