beginning to surface, which would be the ideal phone for international travelers -- that is, as long as prepaid sims are available in the regions of travel.
All phones are sold locked (with a few exceptions) but you can unlock them. I was referring more to the lack of competition in the market where you would actually need 2 SIM cards if most of your time is spent in Canada. That's why I referenced going to the US as a possible exception to my statement.
