Here we can see and satellite view of the DXB/Charlie Parking Stands. If they are to build a new concourse just beside it, the taxi ways will still give access to the CPS. This is probably one of the rare airports where they park aircraft directly in the flight path of one of the runways as you can see. They just don't park the aircraft there, but load, and unload passengers as well.

I still believe the Airport Expo is a better location for the new concourse, since the Dubai Airshow will be moving to Dubai World Central, and they don't need it any more.
