Getting back on topic (sorry if that offends anyone...)

It's sad that you had to go through what sounds like the frequent flyer version of the "Twilight Zone" on your travels, Mile King.

Just my idea: but maybe if there are trainees they should wear a button or badge that says "Trainee" or "Patience: worker in training" or "HI! I'm a Newbee" so we are prepared for problems because when I go to my PremEx checkin line or sit in first class or deal with customer service I'm going under the assumption that this person has experience and can quickly take care of my needs and issues.

OK: that may sound conceited and like I'm asking too much. Personally, I don't raise a fuss if the new F-A does not know what liquor or beer is or gets the orders wrong. I think we all learn something new every day (esp. if you read this website daily!) Just maybe some flyers would be more understanding to the "newbees" if we know they are just learning the ropes.

And I can avoid the angry flyer next to me screaming "HOw could you not know what Jack Daniels is?"

I didn't know until I was 23.
