This isn't relevant for the OP at LGA. JetBlue operates out of concourse A at the Central Terminal; the nearest club is the President's Club (CO) which is before security in concourse A.

A one-day pass to the PC costs $50, but the UA Red Carpet Club (also before security, at concourse C) is offering a one-day pass for $39 online, which can also be used at the PC.
