On the Swiss web page it is still not possible to book multiple segments. You only have an option between o/w and return. So I book it through internet travel agency which offers that tool.
You probably take a short(er) morning flight. The ones I've been on, VIE or TXL to ZRH they had what you list + the drinkable yoghurt (or whatever that is) and some cereal.
I do agree that this does not change, but what do you expect from breakfast? Would you like a ham & cheese option? I prefer those for breakfast at home, but I think they do ok, when the bread is warm...
Regarding longer flights, I think they do quite a good job of alternating the menus for the lunch. It is true that I rarely fly the same route more than twice in one month. My experience is with ZRH-OTP.
Regarding the water bottle and wet napkin would you like them to switch up the brands?

I'd prefer if they don't "enhance" these.
It's true that LH has been changing the wet napkins wrapper on one side - from Miles & More, T-Mobile and DHL.
About the website, it's hopeless. I use LH's site when I really want to book more or less directly. But that draws a TSC
