Here are some options:

ATL-CLT (15:40/16:55; F)
CLT-MUC (18:30/8:10; F)
MUC-CDG (10:40/12:15; C)
CDG-BKK (13:30/6:30; F; this is on TG's new/Jet's old 77W product, better than 744)

You could also spend some more time at MUC/FCL and take the later CDG-BKK:

MUC-CDG (16:50/18:25; C)
CDG-BKK (21:20/14:20; F)

You could also do ATL-IAD-MUC; ATL-IAD would be in Y on UA, but IAD-MUC has F. There is a nice LH lounge @ IAD; much better than the US Club at CLT.

There is F space on both EWR-FRA LH flights, but King Jeffrey doesn't make award inventory available...ever. So ATL-EWR is impossible, unless you did ATL-IAD/CLT-EWR.
