Have you looked at RDU? It comes/goes as a pretty reasonable US MR (even better when there's a double miles promo). I think there's a SEA-CLT redeye, but for more miles, you'd want SEA-PHX-CLT-RDU (or even SEA-PHX-PHL-RDU).
I did RDU (twice) and RIC last year during the US select double miles promo, around $270 all-in.
When are you looking at? I could be persuaded to go...
You may want to take a look at the US forum here on FT, there's a couple of folks who do MR's regularly. Although they don't necessarily list them there, you can figure out who they are and send them PM's.
