And that's where I'm heading with all of this. It would be like Cadillac promoting a special toll booth on the Turnpike that's "only" for their customers; when in reality, the Turnpike is a public facility where no one can designate special lanes for Cadillac drivers. I agree that this has been done at other airports. I see it in ATL for DL all the time (though the FL side isn't as well-monitored). Still, it seems to me that a public facility cannot legally provide lanes for "premium" passengers, even if monitored by an airline employee, without putting themselves at risk for class-action litigation. It happens but it's a slippery slope.
