I am actually a fan of Samsonite's higher class products; whenever I go shopping for luggage, I somehow end up with them, and have so far been quite happy. (The exception is one Victorinox piece.)

And I do love my Cosmolite luggage - the weight is amazing, they're well-made, and very thin, so you get good mileage out of their volume and weight. But I'd not consider as a single carry-on. The carry-on sized is fine as a clothing carrier to accompany your primary carry-on when flying business or better, but I likemy carry-on with pockets and more compartments.

If you're looking at a wheeled carry-on, the Pro-DLX Spinner 55cm or even the Mobile Office from Samsonite.
