I would like a longer male side only for the ease of putting both seatbelts over the arm rests and not having to try to find it when it falls between the seats.

I too like longer seat belts, particularly on long haul flights, so I can extend it out, lay on my side to sleep and have it over my hips with plenty of room. Just makes for a more comfortable flight and rest. I've never had to worry about an extender and fortunately escaped Argentina's food before I had to start!
