At the risk of being completely pedantic the CSM was wrong: there were 223 people on board: he mistook the 4-class plane for a 3-class one (as indeed did BA, judging by the service in F).
Completely agree about the crew: I had to ask twice for my bed to be made/unmade, drinks were not topped up and clearly they had problems installing the bassinet. But to wait hours for dinner on a short overnight flight is inexcusable: it was the first time I have ever been woken for breakfast by an FA - must have only got 2 hours' kip.
