I just thought I would share my experience on a recent stay here.

Whilst the pool area and the whole sky deck is simply breath taking the rest of the hotel is a bit of a shambles.

It is pretty obvious that they rushed to finish the hotel side of the resort, there is bad plastering everywhere, cracks in walls, crooked powerpoints, etc.

The first room I was given was on a lower fall with "ocean views". All it faced was a construction site that was quite unsitely and noisy to boot. To their credit once I went and complained they moved us to a very nice room with a beautiful view of the city. But I feel sorry for someone booked in when they are busy without the ability to move and still having to pay $350 a night for the privilege.

It is definately worth a night stay here to use the pool and have the view if you get a nice room, but if you are in singapore for a longer stay then best stay at a better hotel for less money and treat yourself to one night in the sands.
