Just checked their website. At least now they seem to allow 2 x 23 kg for Ruby. Is this just AY or maybe something more common throughout the Alliance?
As said by many in multiple threads across FT over the years:
OW does
not have allliance wide luggage allowance for elites. Everything is based on ticket and/or individual airlines having their own policies for class of travel and/or airline/OW status.
