Don't jump to conclusions too fast and check first what they say about it and who sent the text message.
Update: My friend was contacted by new General Manager supposedly (even though a different name was given to her by Guest Relations). He stated it is not them (of course). It is them because the sms was sent from the Ontario location - area code, prepaid phone. My friend advised him to stop or they will get more publicity than they are looking for. GM did not offer anything.
