I'm looking at a trip in the fall where those are, sadly, the two available options.
My understanding is that the seats are more or less similar. CO a bit wider. But CO has a better configuration (2-1-2 vs. 2-3-2) and better service so that would probably be a better pick. My only real beef with the CO 767 seats is they're bad for side/front sleepers (even angled flats are fine for this.) On day flights they're fine.
