The first, especially, is extremely achievable; if Uncle Willie or Keith is reading your customers definitely want this.
^, At times I had to wait until the end before they arrived. I now ask not to put any tags on them, maybe they'll arrive earlier. Last time I asked that and explained why, the lady said... but they are supposed to be put in separate containers etc etc...
And please, can you announce the names of the ones whose suitcases didn't make it..YOU already have the darn list...When I arrived at Orly, everyone's suitcases arrived except for mine and a young man coming from Chicago, the terminal was deserted as a desert at noon... no one absolutely no one. At that point I called a certain #, the young man spotted a human walking and asked him. young man doesn't speak french human no english... So after I hang up ( being told yes 2 suitcases didn't make it and actually are going to CDG) I caught up with the young man and helped him out... Gave him more accurate info that the desk was giving him... Now that isn't acceptable. And I hope he got his luggage.
