Ok, so we get Amex 2-4-1, but where's my 100,000 miles or reduced TP threshold, or my bonus miles for x CE flights, or my extra redemption seats, or my lower CW fares ....... Need I go on?
I think you have all of those backwards.

The US doesn't get reduced TP thresholds, and hasn't had a premium cabin sale in for ever, unlike the main target of London Airways - the folks who live in spitting distance of LHR.

Where is the long ago promised ability to MFU Travel Agent reservations? A corollary to that is the eligibility for paid upgrades in MMB - connections on BA's JV partner AA render those impossible.

I wish BA would do something about the accuracy and response time of it's US call center.

I wish I could call any BA Call Center in the world to make or change redemptions that I can't handle on line, instead of having to wait until the US center is open.

I don't know if that's 2, 3 or 5 wishes but I certainly wish folks in London would stop bleating about the free lunches they imagine us over here are getting - it flat out isn't happening for most of us, and BA is looking increasingly uncompetitive since it got into bed with AA.
