Yes. I was annoyed by that as well since it was a mechanical that caused this in the first place.

You should consider applying for Membership in Flyertalk Coupon Connection before they change the requirements (they are increasing the number of posts to 180). You should be able to join now. Go to the top of the Flyertalk, checkout "Community" and look for Coupon Connection(CC). On CC you will find hard core coupon traders and many subject matter experts concerning how to get value out of soon to be expiring coupons.

Thanks..it was neither a paper or ecert to my knowledge. I haveto use her old confirmation number and book a ticket that way.thats probaby why only she can use it? We shoud of in retrospect probably gotten a ecert as you suggested. Thanks for the info about cc.
