I'm new to this forum, hope you guys can help -

I'm trying to book a SFO-TLV-SFO in business or first class using miles, I looked up availability on expertflyer.com, and it tells me Swiss has availability in class "I" on the date I want, but the Continental elite desk representative tells me she can't find these flights on their system.

Is there any way around this? Can they even book seats on Swiss?
