I have flown Swiss for about 2o times, espcially european flights and was disappointed by food and service offered.
I normally take a 0910 morning flight into ZRH and the breakfast consist of fruit plate (small 4 half pieces of fruit) 1 yoghurt, choice of bread (not always hot) , marmelade, butter and a drink. This has hot changed for 7 months!!!
As a welcome you get a bottle of water and a tissue. This has not changed in 3 years!!!
In some european c class flights you just get a cold snack. A hot meal is not served for less than 2,5 hours. SO pretty all european flights are bellow that time! On one occasione I received a PLASTIC (paper) cup with coffee in Business class!!! A total disaster!!! It is very much on crew how the item is served.
However the Swiss intercontinetal economy meal is very good, with real cuttlery, glasses and cups. My last MIA ZRH flight was a surprise!!!

On the Swiss web page it is still not possible to book multiple segments. You only have an option between o/w and return. So I book it through internet travel agency which offers that tool.
