For the economy lot issue, there is a phone # on the booth, use it and ask where the bus is. They will usually get the guy moving toward the lot, esp if he's just been sitting in front of the terminal. The other is to use the gold lot, and walk towards the last kiosk at the corner, so you can go to the pickup for the Gold if that bus comes of flag down a Green on his way out.
