AAdvantage Shopping Security Question Error
Has anyone else had a problem with the AAdvantage Shopping Security Questions? After about a year of actively using the portal, I was logging in and got prompted to answer three security questions. I have tried repeatedly (and on multiple computers) to enter the answers but I continue to get the same error message - "Error Updating Security Questions." I can't get past this error and AAdvantage technical support hasn't responded. Anyone else have this problem?
