Naw, you just have to bargain. Either ask for "2 for a dollar" or just bargain in Riel. It took me a few days to figure that out. I kept thinking to myself, "If a dollar is the lowest note, how can I bargain lower?" Then I figured out what Riel was used for and never had a problem after that.
