Plus AE is releasing randomly rather than mass availability all at once. Frustrating, but that's their tactic to maximize their bottom line now.

I was hoping to book the spring break for next year.. but got my choice departure, so will spot check for an acceptable return and pay my $90 per ticket for 4 tickets.
How does this maximize their bottom line? Us calling in ties up the call center for hours on end, what are they paying the call center agents, 5$/hour for it to be profitable?
