My favourite is flying back to YYZ from YYC on AC140 and after hanging around for more than an hour or so AC1158's bags start coming off the belt around the same time. If it had only happened once I might understand but over the years this has happened at least a half a dozen times on this route. I no longer go directly to baggage reclaim but bide my time at the slowest Tim Horton's in Canada and grab a coffee after 40 minutes or so.
