I think the luggage situation in Canada is just embarrassing for us when people come here and have to endure such delays! Even Hanoi was faster than YYZ but I was delayed getting my visa so can't say exactly when bags started coming off. I don't check bags often on domestic but it seems ac is a bit worse than Westjet but both are unacceptably slow!
