Haven't used a Palm Pilot, but I noticed that if you book your reservations through BizTravel (one of the advertisers on this website), you can download a record of your reservation directly into it with the click of a button on the site.

Also, Air New Zealand is giving away free Palm IIIs with Business or First Class paid flights. I think the offer is good through 12/15.
