Stayed here at the end of last summer. Experience not that good. Front desk staff, relatively unhelpful. Not upgraded (as a Diamond) despite the fact that there were bookable rooms on the exec floor. Got lounge access but unimpressed with offerings and atmosphere. Breakfast average. Rooms dated, and my bathroom could have been cleaner. All in all, would only recommend if you get a really good rate. More like a US Hilton than a European one.
