Seems to me you need to rank the following things in value to you:

1. Any change fees/multi-segment costs
2. Your desire to attend the concert
3. Your integrity

I suppose if you're willing to completely forfeit the third, you could find a way to get it done without costing you any money. But don't forget what someone who lies is called. A liar.
