I told them I had discussed this with a C1 rep before sending the statement in (I also had a American statement showing 80k AAdvantage miles) because I was unsure if all credits would be recognized and was told they would.
Does anyone have any suggestions on further action I can take or am I screwed?
Write a VERY polite letter telling them that the wrong statement was sent to them by mistake and send them the AA statement.
