The questions as is provide little meaningful information
If 13 people tick about wanting to be able to choose and pick online there is nothing to compare against those who don't care or prefer to book by phone rather than online
Using the poll as is, it would be claimed that 72% of respondants want to be able to book and choose online but there is no position for other views to be recorded
With questions about whether people are worse off doesn't take into account varying considerations. e.g. those booking generally 1st class will find a different impact agianst those booking economy
Questions need to be posed that all sides can be recorded, not just the one which is decided upon by conclusion
