Things have changed since NW days. If you are a reasonably frequent flyer to/from Asia...or those flights make up most of your annual FFP mileage...then Delta Skymiles is not the program for you. Especially if you want to redeem mileage on TPAC awards. Repeat ten times:
"Skymiles is not WorldPerks, Slymiles is not WorldPerks, Skypesos is not WorldPerks. etc etc.)"

Jump ship to somewhere else (might want to look at other FFP options besides United.)

And your hate for Haneda is misplaced--that's not the crux of your problem.
