I was going to say stick to Bluebird and you'll never have a problem in Bali. In fact their rates are so low I end up giving a tip that is almost equal to the entire fare itself.

From the airport I've never had a problem, it costs a bit more but you settle a fixed fee beforehand (I think I paid 10 Euros to get to my hotel) and that's it.
