It's always easier to quickly forget the good.

Yet in that year and a few months, we've been transported some 2-3 decades back in time in terms of functionality..

It seems more like NW is to come some 20-30 years later in the future, given what NW had in terms of self-service and what we have to suffer through with DL now.
